Types, characteristics and scope of application of wind valves

In the air supply (return) air duct system, the main function of the control valve is to control (open or close) and regulate the air volume. There are many kinds of control valves, which are usually closed to open multi leaf regulating valve, butterfly valve, three way regulating valve and plug-in valve.
1. Open closed multi leaf regulating valve
There are two types of breakable motion and electric power, because of the use of the open blade, the air flow is more uniform, and the manual connecting rod drives the blade to rotate, adjusting the flow through the air flow, at the same time, it can be completely closed so that the air flow can not be passed. Because the edge of the blade is embedded with a sealant strip, it can ensure its tightness when closed, and has the advantages of small resistance, small air leakage and so on. The multi leaf regulating valve is installed on the main air duct and the branch duct. The electric multi leaf regulating valve is installed an electric actuator on the driving spindle of the regulating valve to connect the power supply and adjust the position of its actuator, so that it can rotate clockwise and counter clockwise, and drive the valve leaves connected to the spindle to open and close. When you press the manual unloading button on the actuator, the manual control valve leaves can also be fully closed to full open position. The multi – leaf regulating valve with electric actuator is installed at the inlet of the new fan in the air conditioning of the precision machine room. The power line is connected with the motor of the inner fan of the unit, that is, the new wind pipe valve is also closed at the same time after the fan is stopped. In winter, the cold air will be avoided because the cold air of the new fan stops into the freezing heat exchanger. At the same time, after the fire in the building, the fire control device automatically cuts off the power supply of the fan and prevents the air from entering the air duct. The multi leaf regulating valve has many specifications, and is generally installed on the air duct, which is the same size as the cross section of the air duct. When the manual multi leaf regulating valve is used to adjust the air volume, the blade is adjusted to a certain angle, and then locked by a locking nut. Electric actuator should be selected with small volume, large torque, high control precision, high reliability and easy installation.
2, butterfly valve
The butterfly valve is simple in construction and convenient to operate. It plays the role of opening or regulating the air volume, but it opens the resistance of more leaves and is generally installed in the air duct of the air conditioning of the precision machine room. According to the structural form, there are two types of butterfly valves: zipper type and handle type.
3, three control valve
The three – way regulating valve is mainly used in rectangle straight three pipe or trouser pipe, which can adjust the air volume of the branch pipe, and the three – way regulating valve has two types of handle type and pull rod type.
4, plugged valve
The plug-in valve is mostly used in the outlet of centrifugal fan as the starting point of the fan, also known as the plug-in starting valve. Because of the large opening resistance, the plug-in valve is seldom used in the ventilating and air conditioning pipeline.
