3. After the operator starts the CNC machine tool, check whether the movement of the spindle and worktable in all directions is normal, whether there is abnormal noise, etc., and stop the operation immediately after finding the problem.
4. In the process of precision parts processing, we should always pay attention to whether the movement and processing state of the machine tool are normal or not. In case of noise and alarm, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection and treatment, and the CNC machine can continue to process after troubleshooting.
