Mold processing technology

Mold processing refers to the processing of forming and blank making tools, in addition to shear mold and die-cutting mold. In general, the mold is composed of upper mold and lower mold. The steel plate is placed between the upper and lower dies to form the material under the action of the press. When the press is opened, the workpiece determined by the shape of the die can be obtained or the corresponding waste can be removed. Parts as small as electronic connectors and as large as automobile dashboard can be molded with molds. Progressive die is a set of mold which can automatically move the workpiece from one station to another, and get the molding parts in the last station.

Die processing technology includes: cutting die, blanking die, compound die, extrusion die, four slide die, progressive die, stamping die, die cutting die, etc.

Mold processing flow:

Cutting: front die material, back die material, insert material, row position material and inclined jacking material;

Open frame: front mold frame and back mold frame;

Opening: front mold cavity opening, back mold cavity opening, parting line opening;

Copper male: front die copper male, rear mold copper male, parting line angle clearance copper male;

Grinding machine: insert, internal mold material, row position, inclined top;

Deep hole drilling: water transportation;

Wire cutting: insert parting line, copper male, oblique top pillow position;

Computer gongs: fine gongs parting line, fine gongs after mold core;
