30 principles of standardized production of injection moulds

10 row bits, pushing blocks, shoveling chickens and mouths and other important wear parts must be nitrided and hardened.
The 11 line must have a position. The positioning methods include catapult, wave beads, HASCO (DME) standard position clamp and so on. The row needs to have a pressure strip and a wear-resistant plate.  Layering, wear resistant plate must be wear resistant hard material, need to add oil groove.
The 12 row inclined pillar must be tightly pressed, unable to rotate and loose. The tail part of the inclined guide must be processed into hemispherical or conical shape, which is beneficial to ensure normal movement of the row. The length, size and inclination of the slanting guide column must be the same for two or two more inclined columns on the same row.

19 conventional structure die must be equipped with supporting head, both ends need to be smoothed, small die prepressing 0.1mm, large die prepressing 0.1mm-0.15mm.
20 the diameter of the locating ring must conform to the drawing, and the form and position of the top bar must conform to the drawing.
21 according to the BOM gauge or the confirmed die diagram, the nozzle must be processed and installed according to the mold drawing.  The drilling must not be drilled, and the sharp angle needs to be chamfered.
22 water must be in1, out1, in2, out2… ..
23 all the marks on the mould must be neat, straight and not crooked.
24 mold needs to be installed in the four sides of the side lock (straight lock). If you can not install the side lock, you need to install taper lock or conical lock. The taper lock should be installed horizontally.
25 all screws and mold fittings are required to have standard parts, and screw heads can not be sawn off. The length of effective locking of screws must be sufficient, normally 1.5 or 2.
26 the heat sink must have fillet to avoid scratching wires.

28 mold transfer inspection: need to cooperate with the mold engineer according to the “mold check list” acceptance before passing the packaging mold.
