Basic structure of diesel generator

The basic structure of diesel generator diesel generator is made up of diesel engine and generator, and diesel engine is used as power to drive generator to generate electricity.

When the piston will reach the top, the fuel injector will spray the filtered fuel into the combustion chamber and mix it with the high temperature and high pressure air. The high-pressure propels the piston down to work to drive the crankshaft to complete the work stroke. After the work stroke is completed, the piston moves from the bottom up to the exhaust valve and opens the exhaust to complete the exhaust stroke. The crankshaft rotates half a circle in each stroke.  After several cycles of operation, the diesel engine gradually accelerates into the work under the inertia of the flywheel.
The diesel engine crankshaft rotates and drives the generator to turn. The generator has direct current generators and alternator.
The DC generator is mainly composed of generator housing, magnetic core, magnetic field coil, armature and carbon brush. Working generation principle, when the diesel engine drives the generator armature rotation, because of the remanence of the pole of the generator, the armature coil cuts the magnetic line in the magnetic field and produces the current by the magnetic induction principle and the output current through the carbon brush.
The alternator is mainly made of magnetic materials, which are made of a permanent magnet alternately arranged in a number of North and south poles, called the rotor and the silicon cast iron, and the armature coil, which has a number of series of series coils, is called the stator. The working principle rotor is driven by a diesel engine to drive an axially cut magnetic line stator in the stator of an alternately arranged magnetic pole.
