The use of each wax

Use: This product is used in the rough grinding process, suitable for aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other polishing, such as tableware, fishing gear accessories, all kinds of hardware, the main function is to remove the trachoma, burr and so on to smooth the rough surface leveling to achieve smooth effect.
Features: medium and coarse abrasive, strong cutting force, rich oil and versatility.
Usage: 1. Polishing rough surface (such as tableware stamping surface, machined surface after machine machining, etc.), can be used with grinding wheel and flax wheel to lubricate cutting function, manual semi-automatic or mechanical polishing can be used. 2, low roughness surface, can be polished with the cloth wheel.
Purple polished wax No. 1 (90P, medium fine grinding) (06105)
Usage: This product is suitable for 200, 300 series decorative tube, stainless steel pot, kitchen utensils, etc.
Features: general cutting force, good light performance and suitable oil.
Usage: 1. The middle way (linen and cloth wheel) used for cooking utensils and kitchen utensils is cut and polished, and used for polishing and polishing of decorative tubes. 2. According to the surface condition and requirements of the material, it can be polished with flax wheel, hard cloth wheel, soft cloth wheel, such as 1~3 polishing wheels, hard cloth wheel in the middle, and the last two soft cloth wheel for polishing wheel. 3. Purple polished wax No. 2 (90P, medium fine grinding) (06106)
Usage: This product is aimed at polishing 200 and 300 series decorative square tubes and round pipes, and the product performance is inferior to purple polishing wax (06105).
Characteristics: more targeted, cutting force in general, good light performance, grease suitable.
Usage: according to the surface condition and requirements of the material, it can be polished with linen wheel, hard cloth wheel, soft cloth wheel, such as 1~3 polishing wheels, hard cloth wheel in the middle, and the last two soft cloth wheel for polishing wheel. White polished wax No. 1 (90w1, medium mill) (06103)
Use: This product is used in the middle stage polishing process. It is especially suitable for polishing 316, 321, 304 and other stainless steel hard metal materials. It is suitable for shallower surface polishing, such as sand eyes, sand lines, tensile marks, etc., such as chemical equipment, hardware and all kinds of accessories made by 2B steel.  Features: cutting force and luster performance are excellent, cutting force is lower than white polishing wax (06104), gloss is clear and bright, grease is rich, versatility.
Usage: 1. For the surface with trachoma or oxide layer, it can be polished with 100 rounds of wheels and matched with cloth or felt wheel to polish the product. For lower rough surface, such as 2B thick plate can be polished with this product directly with this product, and the speed of polishing wheel is recommended for 2600/ minute white polishing wax 2 (90w2, 06104).
Use: This product is used in the middle stage polishing process, especially for 316, 321, 420, 430 and other series of stainless steel, stainless steel hard metal material polishing, such as tableware, car wheel, chemical equipment and so on.
Features: excellent cutting force, high polishing efficiency, large cutting volume, high oil content and clear luster.
Usage: the surface of the workpiece with large roughness is coarsely polished by red polishing wax, and this product can be polished with cloth wheel or manually or mechanically polished. If the surface of the workpiece is smoother, it can be polished directly without polishing with red polishing wax. It is suggested that the rotation speed of the polishing wheel is 2400 to 2600/ minutes
Wax / iron wax: use: This product is used in the rough grinding process. It is suitable for polishing stainless steel, tableware and casting. The main function is to remove the rough surface and get smooth effect by removing the trachoma, burr and so on.
Characteristics: medium coarse abrasive, cutting force is better than yellow polishing wax, rich in fat and versatility.

Green polishing wax No. 1 (80G1, fine polishing) (06107)
Usage: This product is used for polishing and polishing after the sequence. It is suitable for fine polishing of all kinds of stainless steel, copper, aluminum, precious metals and precision instruments.
Features: deep specular luster, glossy blue color, deep fat, suitable oil, less residual after polishing, polishing without grind.
Usage: This product belongs to the finish polishing product, it must be polished through white polishing wax, and the workpiece surface reaches a certain low rough value and uses this product. It is a bright polishing product. With the use of cotton wheel, felt wheel and other soft polishing wheels, the speed of the polishing wheel is recommended 2800 R / min or higher.
Green polished wax No. 2 (80G2, fine polished) (06108)
Use: This product is used for polishing of light finishing in post order. It is suitable for fine polishing of all kinds of stainless steel, copper, aluminum, precious metal and precision instrument. The effect is second to green polishing wax (06107).
Features: Mirror green, glossy, good cutting force, clear and bright gloss, suitable oil and good price.
Usage: This product belongs to the finish polishing product, it must be polished through white polishing wax, and the workpiece surface reaches a certain low rough value and uses this product. It is a bright polishing product. The use of soft polishing wheels, such as cotton cloth wheel and felt wheel, etc.


Purple wax: special products of stainless steel, made of rosin, Vaseline, paraffin, Zong Gangyu powder or grinding power, aluminum oxide powder and iron oxide red.
