Working principle and replacement method of air compressor oil fine separator

The oil fine separator is a component separating the screw lubricating oil from the compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil fine separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration precision of the air have a great influence on the life of the separator. It can be seen that in the harsh use environment, the maintenance and replacement cycle of air filter elements must be shortened, and even pre installed air filters should be considered. Oil and fine separators must be replaced when the pressure difference is over 0.12Mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, and the oil separator of the air compressor will be damaged and run away.

Replacement methods:
1) remove the control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas barrel lid. Take out the oil return pipe on the cover of the oil gas tank and extend it into the oil and gas tank, and pull out the fastening bolt on the upper cover of the oil gas cylinder.

2) remove the top cover of the oil tank and remove the oil separator. Remove asbestos pads and dirt that are sticky to the upper cover.

3) load the new oil separator, pay attention to the asbestos pad must be stapled and stapled. When pressed, the asbestos pad must be placed neatly, otherwise it will cause a pad.

4) install the upper cover plate, the return oil pipe and the control pipe as usual, and check whether there is any leakage.
